1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pixel Football Manager (“the Game”), developed by Pixel Cult (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. License to Use the Game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Game except where permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Game in any unlawful manner, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass technical restrictions, or misuse the Game in a way that infringes the rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Game or its intellectual property to you.

5. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that all features will remain available indefinitely.
Updates may be provided through Google Play or other authorized distribution channels.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel Cult will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Third-Party Services
The Game may be distributed through Google Play and may be subject to the applicable terms and policies of Google and other platform providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Termination
Your license to use the Game terminates automatically if you materially violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete copies in your possession where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published at the same URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Game after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Pixel Cult operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
